Collaborative in Business
Confict is bad for business. It's expensive and it distratcts from what you're in business to do - provide services and/or products that benefit your customers. But conflicts to arise. Over all manner of things. There will always be the courts and litigation if a concerted effort in Collaborative Practice to reach an agreement should happen to fail. But isn't it worth looking into whether the necessary costs of litigation can be reduced by using this approach?
